Refunds & Returns Policy

1. Our Commitment

At Miraki, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of every product.
If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right — fairly and efficiently.


2. Eligibility for Returns

You may return or exchange a product if:

  • It was purchased directly from our official Miraki website.

  • It is returned within 3 days of delivery.

  • It is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Please note: Custom-made or bespoke items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged upon arrival.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used gourmet oils or consumable products.

  • Items marked as “final sale” or “clearance.”

  • Made-to-order or personalised products.


4. Damaged or Defective Products

If an item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@miraki.co.za with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund — depending on product availability.

  • Return shipping for defective or incorrect products will be covered by Miraki.


5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (PayFast, YOCO, or EFT) within 5–10 business days.

  • If the return doesn’t meet our conditions, it may be declined and returned to you at your cost.


6. Exchanges

You may exchange an eligible item for another product of equal or greater value (any price difference can be settled via PayFast or YOCO).
Contact us at info@miraki.co.za before returning the original item to confirm stock availability.


7. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service such as The Courier Guy to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.

  • Miraki is not liable for parcels lost or damaged during return transit.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
Once an order has been shipped, standard return conditions apply.
